First of all, the phone call experience with David in South Carolina was absolutely delightful. Truly, that couldn't have been better. I didn't even listen to the pricing; I just wanted to work with David! The manager on site (I forget her name, but her middle name is Janell!) is also absolutely delightful. She was SO easy to work with, so personable, and just lovely. You have wonderful employees, and I couldn't be happier to have chosen StorTropolis Blue Springs.

Brandy was very helpful with picking the unit that my moving truck could easily get to. She helped me when my code wouldn’t work even though she wasn’t even at work but on vacation with family. Very willing to help with anything.

Clean units, great prices. Only thing I would recommend is to send out a map of where the storage unit is and where the access keypad is at when the lease has been approved. I drove around for about 20 minutes on Saturday night just to find out my unit was inside and then couldn’t find the keypad to open the garage because it was so dark. Everything was great after that!

Brandy was our saving Angel. We were moving from Texas to Missouri and had set up everything with Brandy to unload the truck on a Sunday - when your office is not open. For some unknown reason when we tried the gate codes on Sunday, the technology wouldn't let us in. The customer service agent on duty didn't know what to do and/or everything she did didn't work. So . . a call to Brandy on her day off, was the magic to save our day. Bless you Brandy.

I was treated with respect and acknowledgment of what I needed. They explained the different options and price plans in detail and showed me the different storage units. They were awesome with customer service and with follow through.
