Brandy and the young gentleman at the call center on a Sunday were amazing. I was almost in tears because I could not get into the gate after receiving my gate code in my email and after the gentleman gave me another code, I still couldn't get it. He was so helpful and gave my information to Brandy. She called me right away and got me into the gate so that I could get into my unit and on with my day. Thank you!

I felt very pleased to be able to reserve the climate controlled storage unit in the size I needed to rent so close to my home since these units are in high demand. The manager of StorTropolis was very professional and personable, and made the rental process very simple. She reserved the unit for me and the next week I was moving some of my household goods in. Brandy Massengale explained all the terms and conditions, walked me through the facility, and made me feel very comfortable with storing my furniture and personal items at StorTropolis. I also met other staff members. They, too, were very professional and friendly.

You have two wonderful employees. I spent the most time with Brandy she was not here today so Sara followed up nicely. Brandy closed the deal but both were great.
