good houses, remodeled and very efficient when there are maintenance problems

It was good just found it a lil weird that it all is through email but it has been good so far

The application process was a little lengthy and troublesome but since I have been in the home it’s been excellent. I’ve had a few different maintenance request and every time it has been fixed within one to two days. Customer service has been excellent in responding to me with questions or concerns I’ve had. I love being able to pay rent and utilities through the website is very functional and easy to navigate.

Easy simple rental process

No issues, the only time I had to put in a work request, I was responded to immediately and had maintenance out within days! He was super informative and friendly. Appreciate the good service all the way around.

The customer service has been great. I like the quick communication responses in email when a questions or work order is submitted. Overall the experience has been good. I've had no major issues with items being addressed and resolved in timely manner.
