I've never had any real issues. The management company is easy to contact. When I had maintenance issues, they dispatched someone quickly. I have enjoyed my experience with Streetlane Homes

The same day they acquired my rental home I had a maintenance issue and they responded and had someone over to my house to resolve the problem the very next day.
