As always, Stricklands gave me a reminder about my appointment (much appreciated, believe me). My appointment, with dentist and hygienist, was for 8am, but before I left him your receptionist rang to say the hygienist couldn't make it. I still went ahead with the visit and the appointment with the dentist, but I was conscious of your effort to keep my informed about what was happening. This sort of attention to detail is most helpful and does make the patient feel as though he matters. I think that's important. Hence five stars.
