That whole process was annoying and made me rethink purchasing anything from Stuckey'sI purchased an Eclipse Cross, your emails keep saying that I purchased an Outlander. I'm a little concerned that there is something wrong with the paperwork. Also, your MFA for the owner's website doesn't work well. I had problems with the phone app and now I can authorize my account at all. I can't reset the authorization app, so I'm unable to use the website.There is a more local Mitsubishi dealer in Altoona that I'm sure is just as qualified. Stuckey happened to have a better incentive at the time of my purchase.

When making the appointment. It would be better for me to speak to someone at the dealer who would be doing the service .When informing a customer the price of a service being done should include parts and labor.Prices of some services were too high.I was satisfied

I called to ch3ck pricing of oil change. I was quoted a price, when I checked to pay it was 25 higher in pricing. I asked for air in my tires, this was not completed again. That happened previously. Your employees need to check pricing and not "just say a price"
