We scheduled pick up and they never showed up so we had to call make another appointment where we had to take it and we live 2hrs away, we had to make the trip several times cause they didn't do the work the 1st time or do it right the 1st time.We had major work done, took it back with additional problems several times and hopefully this time it's done right so we don't have to return, but I'm sure we will.The African American kid in service knows absolutely nothing about cars or repairs to them, he's more worried about his dreadlocks hanging in his face then he is about listening to his customers or repairs being done. He also scheduled us for a pick up but when no one showed up and i called him he said he had no record of it being scheduled even though he was the one that set it up 3 days prior. Our mechanic Bob was great and let us know what was going on with our car. And he fixed it right, or atleast I hope he did time will tell.I would suggest better training for all, for repairs including the service advisors.It's a nice facility the only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because all the repairs we had done should have been done right the first time and we shouldn't have had to take it back multiple times especially when we live almost 2 hours away. We scheduled to have the car picked up but they never showed up and we had to take it ourselves. And also they told us stuff needed done that was done 3 weeks before just so they could try to make money off us. I was a mechanic for 30yrs and I have to say the kid working in the service dept definitely should not be working in service cause he knows nothing about cars or how to take care of customers I owned a repair shop and I would have fired him by the 2nd day.

This is the 2nd Outlander Sport that I have purchased from Stuckey. They are a very good team there and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and treated like family.Very friendly, very responsive and great communicationThe picture of the outlander Trail showed Cooper tires on it. When I went to pick up the vehicle it didn’t have the same tires in it. They informed me that Mitsubishi had issued a bulletin that the larger sized tires would fit the vehicle. Informed me they forgot to re take the photo with the correct tires. Was a little dis hearting at first.
