Overall I had a good car buying experience. My salesman Adam was very knowledgeable and stayed with me the whole way through the process. Although I appreciate the optional warranties available for purchase I did not like being pressured to purchase them. Making sure the technician(s) have all their tools accounted for. The following day on a Thursday as I was on airport rd. There was a loud metallic clank under the hood..I believe it was a wrench.Speed and courteous and transparency was great

See my prior comment. We won’t be purchasing another vehicle there. Your service department is top notch!Service a 10, Sales not so much. A time before we stopped in and were strongly considering purchasing a platinum Mitsubishi. My husband called and texted the Sales Manager twice, with no response. I have loved my PHEV Mitsubishi, but there seems to be a discrepancy with how the dealership values their own vehicles and customers for sales.

I would prefer access to a loaner vehicle while I’m waiting.Allow customers the option for a loaner vehicle upon request.Service was fine. I was hoping to get a loaner car while I waited.
