I will be very specific about time the next time I make a service appointment and the service person should also be clear on what time the client expects to have their vehicle serviced.I got out of my car and walked over the service desk where I told them my husband was picking me up. While the didn't asked for my preferred method of communication, the service person did confirm my mobile number.Some issues with service department during my last two visits. There is always room for improvement.
