Malik was very nice and kept me updated and informed about my vehicle.

I don't eat snacks right now due to how I am eating, but I noticed you never have them any more. I did like when soda was an option for beverage before. Neither have been available for the last two or three visits. Once I even had to ask for water as there was none in the little refrigerator. If you don't want to provide snacks or soda, perhaps consider vending machines. Or on your honor box for money for snacks. Some visits can be very long.This trip was relatively quick compared to some and the price was right. What I think was a big plus, is that there are two services recommended at 50,000 miles which will be on my next service. I really apreciate the advanced price for this. I can now see if I can find a better price before going to my next visit. Saving us both some time.
