*Service department suggests expensive supposedly needed repairs years before really necessary.*i.e. Battery replacement because it supposedly tested low. That was a year and a half ago and it's still working fine even in this frigid weather. Sure, some day I will need to replace it but that wasn't a year and a half ago.During a 2024 inspection I was told that my brake pads passed but are close to the minimum, but I was given a price for brakes and rotors. I asked for a price for pads only and never got a response. So, just before my 2025 inspection I had a different garage install new pads only. The result of the 2025 inspection video walk-through at Stuckey Mitsubishi was "the pads are full height/new and THE ROTORS ALL LOOK GOOD". So, why try to push new rotors on me when they weren't needed?

Some minor staining in the headliner but they have made arrangements to get it cleanedThe team was great from start to finish. They communicated well and did all the warranty submissions of receipts of service on my behalf. They even were able to get additional parts covered as new problems arose.They had clear and easy communication through every step of the process
