I just always feel like it's never just what I come in for...It's always one more thing, or one more recommendation. Seems like a money making thing to me. Also...the tires recommended were said to be good for 50,000 miles. I have less than 23,000 on them, yet they're already saying I need new.....Interesting...

Nothing else to addThe vehicle was clean on outside, the inside could have been done betterWell, this is not my business, but I would think a business would like employees to not have there hair hanging in their eyes

You have a great waiting room but it would be great if you stocked the snacks. Almost nothing available last three times there.

*Service department suggests expensive supposedly needed repairs years before really necessary.*i.e. Battery replacement because it supposedly tested low. That was a year and a half ago and it's still working fine even in this frigid weather. Sure, some day I will need to replace it but that wasn't a year and a half ago.During a 2024 inspection I was told that my brake pads passed but are close to the minimum, but I was given a price for brakes and rotors. I asked for a price for pads only and never got a response. So, just before my 2025 inspection I had a different garage install new pads only. The result of the 2025 inspection video walk-through at Stuckey Mitsubishi was "the pads are full height/new and THE ROTORS ALL LOOK GOOD". So, why try to push new rotors on me when they weren't needed?
