I am really appreciate the Apt very clean when I move in. And very quiet but when it's rain there is muddy all over the place. I have to clean my shoes almost every day.

Office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is pretty quick to get to you when there's an issue. Overall, and great place to live.

Lovely service from the staff in the office! My apartment came as expected and we had one issue but it is in effect to be replaced already. Have met and loved my neighbors so far as well, it really is a great community :)

I did move to Dallas 2010 since then, 9821 summerwood cove is my home! I have been out of state for driving job for 4 years. Manager Kessy is the reason for me to come back to summer cove Apartments, she is an amazing property manager I haver seen . Me and my family looking forward to live many years to come.
