I want to express my gratitude to the manager Casy Davis in the Summerwood Cove Apartments. She really cares about the residents here. It is her attitude. I live here almost 7 years. When I was waiting to change my apartment she found one for me exactly to my liking. When there was some confusion with my billing when Onboard was taking over from Spectrum she made some calls and clarified the situation. Another time she did show some flexibility when I was one day late with rent due to delay in transfer between my accounts caused by bank holiday. The entire crew in the office is always very kind and professional. However, I am still waiting for laundry rooms to function again.

Enrique is an amazing leasing agent. He made the process seem so easy. I have enjoyed my new apartment thus far.

There was broken glass and bobbie pins left behind on the carpet when I moved in, but overall things are good! Enrique helped me out IMMENSELY. He was able to get me moved in within a week!
