My experience went well. The move in process was easy. Thanks to Enrique for reaching out as I had shown interest in the property thur apartments.com. Shachelynn was very friendly and very helpful with getting me approved and lease set up. I so far like the neighborhood and I love my apartment. There were things needed taking care of upon moving in such as; pest control and other minor things, but maintenance has taken care of my requests.

I want to express my gratitude to the manager Kasey Davis in the Summerwood Cove Apartments. She really cares about the residents. It is her amazing attitude. I live here almost 7 years. I was waiting to change apartment on the property and she found one for me exactly to my liking. When there was some confusion with my billing when Onboard was taking over from Spectrum she made few calls and clarified situation for me. Another time she show some flexibility when I was one day late with paying rent due to delay in transfer between my accounts caused by the banking holiday. The entire crew in the office is always very kind and professional. However, I am still waiting for the laundry room to function again.
