Jessica and the staff at Summit are nice and professiona. However, the dog screening company hird by Summit is attoricious. They are in North Carolina, have no phone numbers and communicate only electronically. Moreover, they have only 20 employees and service over 1000 communities which means they are grossly understaffed. Ouy rental application was held up for over a week because of this horrible vendor. Summit should not use such a low quality vendor. Also, Summit relies too much online platforms and programs for adminstration. If Summit actually relied on its awsome staff to process our application, I would give them a 10 because they are super nice and professional.....just my two sense. I know you will change nothing as change costs money.

Jessica was an excellent help with the move-in process. She was knowledgeable and attentative to all our questions. She made the experience great. When we did move in the first day she sent Max over and he took care of the fireplace, painting, and swept the garage. He was also wonderful.

The staff is amazing very caring and professional, and the community itself is wonderful wouldn't want to live any place else this is my forever home. Also want to send a very special thank you to the ladies in the leasing office. Kami, Jessica and Shaina you guys are the best🙂

Most recent request I made was handled promptly and the work was done correctly. 2nd time in a row that we received quality results, I’m glad things worked out so well.
