The problem I have with the Summit is customer service office. Most of the time they don't answer the phone or if I leave a message they rarely return calls. It use to be really good but in the last couple years has become bad.

I am just hoping that whoever will be doing unit inspection would properly do their work or would really do the actual inspection before turn over to the future resident. I hope this won't happen again to your future residents. In addition, I would like to commend your leasing agent, Jessica. She was very nice to us from our first visit until the move in. She even made extra effort to give our cat some gifts during the move in. She is very accomodating, energetic and vrry nice to us.

I'm really enjoying living here. The staff and maintenance are positive and effective... EXCEPT for the biggest issue, which has not been addressed... my master bath shower is leaking through the ceiling of the Den, so I cannot fully use either room... and I have no idea when it is going to be remedied
