This is great community to live in. I have no complaints. Friendly staff and neighbors.

The worker quickly resolved 2 maintenance orders plus another item that we had not yet submitted an order for. He appeared to use proper long lasting fixes to resolve the problems with how the systems were setup prior to move-in.

It is quiet and beautifully landscaped. It has great maintenance. Overall very satisfied but expensive.

I didn't know that I needed to be home in order for the patio to be sprayed for mosquitoes. There was a nice note from the pest control person asking me to check the box for permission to enter, but I'm unable to, mostly because of work as I'm a court reporter and often on the record from home and unable to stop proceedings when someone comes to the door. I only ask the I receive a quick telephone call or text message. If I don't answer right away, it's only because I'm on the record and can't.
