As per usual, the services from the wonderful people that work in the offices at the Summit is outstanding and always so friendly.

Been At the Summit 10 years. Recently over the past year or so Getting things needed is very very difficult. I won't go thru all the problems but This service order was different. The smoke alarms were beeping all night. Call at 6am and the service person came right out. It was run much differently when Vera and Monique were the manager.

Great place to live but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I see people moving out frequently. I’m not sure how much longer we can last at Summit. Odd; the Q is nearby and another Q is rapidly being erected. If you considered hs economics you would think that rents in the area would go down to something reasonable since there are so many choices nearby.

The garage is too narrow. Bathrooms don’t have windows. Too many stairs. Neighbors are too loud. Mailbox is too far. Other than that, everything thing is perfect. I feel like I’m in a luxury hotel in the middle of a lovely village. All people are very nice and friendly. Over all, I’m so happy to be here.

Brienna is the sole reason that we moved here!!! She is absolutely the BEST

This particular repair was very minor and completed with much less problems than most.
