Everything was perfect, clean and appliances new. Just the patio and balcony on first floor was not painted. The upstairs French balcony looks great. Overall very happy. Kami and Jessica were very nice and helped with all my questions.

Marvin the service manager is the BEST.

PRO: Location is great. Beautiful grounds. Amenities are great. Staff is great. CON: Our beautiful Summit has to put up with crazy street racing on Oxnard with motorcycles and cars all hours of the day and night. This includes some residents who live here at Summit Warner Center. Also residents and guests cannot take the 15 seconds to wait for the light to change at the main gate on Oxnard so they (hopefully) look both ways and then make their left turns anyhow. Trash and recycle bins are out of control. New residents move in, empty their moving boxes and just throw them whole into recycle AND trash bins. When there's no room, they or the next guy just throw everything on the ground. Wine bottles all over, white trash bags thrown on the ground, things piled up next to the bins. OUT OF CONTROL. Other than that, I do love it here but there are some issues, some which I haven't even mentioned.

Based only on maintenance people? Then yes, I’m highly satisfied since the response is usually timely and the work is done right 90% of the time or more
