Every time, we ask that we be called ahead so that we know when strangers will be entering our home. And every time, that request is ignored and maintenance personnel show up without warning at a time which is not necessarily convenient for us. If that problem could be corrected, our maintenance experience at Summit would be perfect.

Only negative I have to say would be about the trees surrounding the structure and the sap that makes your car filthy day in and day out but still manageable.

The maintenance men our very good. I give them very high marks. If your request is not urgent, it may take time for office to take care of your request due to the large number of units.
