The complex is a beautiful place to live and great for families, I just wish that there were more stricter rules for those who refuses to place their trash into the trash bins

Maintenance in this apartment community has always been the best. No question.

Fast and effiient.

It’s a really great community. Quiet, peaceful, maintenance is fairly quick and very efficient. I love this place. The one complaint I do have is that recent neighbors moved upstairs over me. They have a kid that runs up and down then jumps at each run and the parents stomp around instead of walking normal. I bang on the ceiling or slam my doors. Doesn’t work. Very annoying. Summit should not rent upstairs units to people with kids!!!!

Every time I submit a request it is taken care of fast and efficiently. I couldn’t be more grateful about being in a place where the maintenance team makes you feel seen and heard when it comes to an issue. I appreciate them!
