NoneCharge and gas top off not accomplished.Again, promised full EV charge and gas top off were not done!Just a bit disappointed that even though I explained to the service advisor when I called to make the appointment and again, when we got there that morning about the promised full charge and gas top off, they were just not prepared to make sure it actually happened. Not sure what else we could have done to facilitate these 2 actions, but bottom line is they just didn't get it done. After more than 2 hours, we just left the dealership.N/A

The only suggestion is to have traffic routed correctly for the service department, when I arrived, there were two cars blocking the whole department for a majority of my time there.Excellent customer service
