I was a little after 8am and I had to go inside to find out where to go being this was my first time there. I was just there for an oil change.It was my first time there. That day it was very cold in service/waiting area due to not having their glass door installed yet. Later that day it was installed. I just had my oil changed that day. I did make another appointment to have my back brakes replaced. I did appreciate to be able to go in for oil change and not have an overwhelming list of things that needed to be done.

This was my first experience with Sunny Mitsubishi and I was totally satisfiedMy customer service representative, Jose, was excellent. He addressed all of my concerns and 1 hr later, my issue was resolved.
