The facility is wonderful place to recover and get rehab. All the staff are very kind and always had a smile on their face. I will come back to visit everyone. I will recommend the rehab.

Everything was good except the fruit juice was not good. CNA's & Rn's are friendly. I will miss all the people here.

The stay here at Sunnyvale has been excellent. I have been here 3 times and they have helped me find a safe place to go since I'm not able to go back home on my own. Thank you for the care you provided me while I was here. I will miss you all.

Activities, Social Services, and Admissions are excellent. CNA's are excellent. Very skilled treatment nurse. Some good things about facility. Room for improvement. Building and rooms very clean, RN's prompt with meds and MD follow up. Administrator is friendly and approachable. Shows appreciation for his staff. Great therapy team.

My stay at Sunnyvale Post Acute was very good. I am younger and started to get bored towards the end but other than that my care was good. Two of my nurses stood out were Kristinabelle and Tintu. They were always helpful.
