I have been at Sunnyvale Post-Acute 3 times and the care has been getting better and better with each stay. I was satisfied with everything while I was here and kept comfortable. Two staff members stood out to me and always took the time out to help me. Julie my nurse and Molla my CNA gave exceptional care. I hope I don't have to return back to a nursing home but if I did I would come back to Sunnyvale Post-Acute Center.

Sunnyvale Post-Acute Center provided our 94 year old mother with excellent nursing care and physical therapy during her post acute stay. The care conference including family were very helpful and overall coordination of her care was excellent! Thank you for your compassionate care at every level of service which allowed us peace of mind that our mother was in good hands during her stay at Sunnyvale Post-Acute Center.
