Overall very caring personal. Our wound care nurse Tammy is excellent and several CNA'a fantastic specially Asmaw. He is super excellent. All the staff are great. Kitchen staff very nice! One negative door bell is too loud. Overall is happy!

I came here honestly not knowing what to expect but, was very pleasantly surprised by the care that I received, the PT & OT that I worked with, and the amazing people in which I have really grown so close with in the time that I have been here. I go home on Friday and I have to be honest its a little bitter sweet...of course I want to be home (THAT IS THE END GOAL HERE FOR EVERYONE IM CERTAIN) but, I'm really going to miss the staff members that went abov and beyond to help and accommodate me and any of my needs with which they were able to assist with. Sandra from Admissions - oh man I will surely miss her and her laughter. She saved the day more than once for me and I will always remember how quickly she jumped in to make sure I was all taken care of for my transportation to all my doctors appointments, and she answered any questions I may have had and if she didn't know the answer herself, she took the time to find out the person with whom to find the answers. Thank you!!!! Also would like to take a moment to shout the one CNA that stood out above all the rest and that's Brejanna, she always took the initiative and made sure that all my room needs were taken care of whether she was overseeing my side of the hall or not!

Our stay in Sunnyvale has been wonderful, considering the circumstances. All of the staff have been pleasant and helpful. The food has been excellent and the Physical Therapy has been successful in getting me home in a timely manor.

Services were really good. Food was really good even though I didn't eat much. I would choose this place if I had to do this again. The care was really good. They made me feel good and laugh. I really appreciated that. Everyone was very nice and friendly. 3 CNAs went really beyond their services.

Facility staff is great with superb service. Therapy providers went above and beyond to assist with my son recovery, specially the speech therapist.

The nursing staff was excellent and any issues that came up were immediately dealt with. The staff was very kind and caring.
