The care was great, thank you for allowing my husband and I to be together in the same room. We were expected not to return home and possibly go to an assisted living and therapy helped us get to the point where we could return home together with caregivers. Thank you to all the staff.

All employee are very helpful and I'm thankful for everything to all CNAs and nurses.

The care was good, the food can be improved but other than that great.

Our care at Sunnyvale was exceptional. We were worried when she first left the hospital because she was very debilitated but she recovered so well with your therapy team. She walked right out of the facility and going to an independent living facility. Thank you to David the CNA for all his hard work making sure our mom was happy.

I can't thank you all enough for caring for me. I went to Cedar Crest for a day just until Sunnyvale had a bed for me. My niece recommended this place because she works with you and I was very pleased. I got my own private room, flowers when I got here and royal treatment. Kayla went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. So happy to be going back home and I'm doing better than I was before my hip surgery. Thank you to all the therapy staff. They were wonderful. I will miss you all but will be back end of the year after my next hip replacement.

I had some issues with the initial care of my Uncle. This was the second stay at the facility and by the time he left things got settled. He is going home on hospice and we do appreciate all the care to get him home.
