I experienced a very good service

I was helped by Bre! She is truly amazing at what she does! Her bubbly and positive attitude and incredible personality made the decision to sign here so much easier!

The apartment itself is decent layout and nice. The people who work in the office, never seem to be there more than a couple of months. Therefore it doesn’t seem like they really care about the residents who live on property. While for the most part they’re polite and professional, they don’t seem to actually take the problems brought to their attention seriously. When there is a problem they say that they’ll respond or take care of it, but they don’t take care of it in a timely manner. Serious problems or simple updates of having maintenance on site, are not communicated with the residents.

Andres was really helpful and patient with us! We’re thankful for his knowledge and kindness and we hope to apply soon.

The lack of communication was the only gripe I had otherwise. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I could get ahold of them.

How much the utilities cost for water and electricity
