The actual pest control gentleman was great with his job! However I did not get the service I asked for which was a clean out! I have put multiple requests in for pest control and this is actually one they recommended which I also agree we need!! Roaches continue to pop up even when the place stays clean. Please do something other than a regular spray.

Marcos and Armando are the best !!

Very friendly staff that answered all my questions and monthly rent and much more.I will enjoy living there in my new apartment.

Great maintenance service, as usual!

I wish I could say it was great but it was extremely stressful. I have a toddler that lives with me and I have been very paranoid about the living conditions thus far. There were roaches everywhere.

Left my bathroom clean, very professional young man.

The maintenance staff is wonderful all the time.

The maintenance staff is amazing!! I submitted the request on a Sunday and the work was completed on Monday.

Nothing more I was wonderful, but only one question I would like the master street to have carpet rather than floor if that’s possible and due to mobility reasons if there is a first floor, is there anyway I can secure it prior to moving or while filling out the application.Thank you very much. I appreciate your time and effort. Happy holidays.

Everything was wonderful
