The tour was great and very clean

Love living here, just need all guess to park in the front and not in the gate. There’s not a lot of parking, I’ve had to park I. The street and sometimes across the road to the other side apartments.

Visiting Sunrise Canyon was a pleasant experience.

The assistant manager Bre was more than helpful. She showed me the property and explained the application process in detail. She and the manager have been working with me to get all my documents in order to be approved.

The staff are very nice the just treated us like family. Very knowledgeable, they are willing to help you and explain step by step what to do, and above every thing they are very respectful .

The leasing agent was very sweet and attentive! She showed us many different units and took time to answer all the questions we had and was patient with us looking around.

Mike is an excellent salesman! Very knowledgeable and helpful!

I experienced a very good service

I was helped by Bre! She is truly amazing at what she does! Her bubbly and positive attitude and incredible personality made the decision to sign here so much easier!

The apartment itself is decent layout and nice. The people who work in the office, never seem to be there more than a couple of months. Therefore it doesn’t seem like they really care about the residents who live on property. While for the most part they’re polite and professional, they don’t seem to actually take the problems brought to their attention seriously. When there is a problem they say that they’ll respond or take care of it, but they don’t take care of it in a timely manner. Serious problems or simple updates of having maintenance on site, are not communicated with the residents.
