Office staff are courteous, helpful and professional.

The experience was fine and given the fact that the waiting area was packed, we were placed in a room within a reasonable time. However, being that mostly minors are seen which would encourage parents going into the room, there should be seating provided. The room we were placed in had two wheeled chairs and waiting to see the doctor I was forced to sit on one. The doctor came in and evaluated my son and saw me sitting on the chair and said nothing. Waiting for the information to be given about scheduling the services needed, a lady (probably medical assistant but definitely an employee) came in and stated I need to get up off the chair. She gave no other chair to replace the wheeled chair which I felt made the experience not a 10 out of 10. Each room should have a chair that parents of patients could sit on while getting services completed instead of 2 wheeled chairs that are not available for patients or their loved ones to sit on.

On my first visit the Front desk was very courteous, pleasant & attentive. The waiting was better than I anticipated. I felt comfortable with the rest of the staff and the Doctor who cared for me. Overall I had a good first impression.
