I've had a storage unit here for years, (at one point I had 2 during a major move), and the staff here has always been amazing. If there was ever an issue with my account, they were sure to contact me to discuss my options in a kind and courteous manner. I never felt bullied like some other places make you feel when things don't go as planned. They have their rules they need to follow, but they do so in a way where you know they see you as a human being and not just a storage locker #. I always felt that my locker was safe, secure, and that my belongings were well taken care of. They will always be my #1 choice and will continue to refer people to them.
