Patrick was nice to me but I sat at the Dealer most of the afternoon.I received my new car back over 2 weeks later. Car was delivered to me dirty but after a 3 hour drive to pick it up, I didn’t want to wait. Within 90 minutes of the drive home, I smelt antifreeze. My son pulled over (he drove home for me as I’m disabled and it’s a far dealership) and the whole engine compartment was covered in antifreeze. My son, a trained and certified mechanic, checked the system and it seemed alright. Probably just an overfill. If he wasn’t with me, I would have returned the car to the dealer immediately.My husband and I own the 2023 Ralli-Art version of this vehicle on Maui and my husband wanted the newest version of this car for me when I had to move over to WAfor medical care. I’m disabled, with a 100 lb (trained and registered) Service Dog and this car is a perfect SUV for our needs. My husband wanted to lease a brand new vehicle for me so that I wouldn’t have to worry about reliability as he will be still working as a Registered Nurse on Maui until the summer of 2027.We’ve had amazing customer service from Karmart Mitsubishi of Maui, where we leased our 2023, and more specifically, the sweetheart of a salesman Unko D. Having both the Sales and Service Departments at Karmart Maui giving us great customer service and awesome car care, it was a no-brainer to get the same car from a dealer on the WA side.Unfortunately, when I moved to Blaine WA and was looking for the 2025 version, Sunset of Auburn was the closest dealer to our location. It is 130 miles away and a 6 hour round trip but we decided it was the car for me.After all of the stress, anxiety, panic (stuck in the freeway exit lane when the car died), physical pain, and lack of reliability in this vehicle, I am counting the days that my lease is up. If I could return the car today and get something else, I would in a heartbeat.Check in on Sunset Mitsubishi of Auburn Washington, especially the Service Department. Kevin is the Shop Mgr that made engine replacement plans with my husband, James.I was finally given a small hatchback from their used lot that I felt neither safe driving and was too small for my Service Dog. He was panicked every time he had to ride in this car.

Went in to see why my vehicle was not heating the cab. They replaced a few parts and flushed the system multiple times and were able to get it working for a bit, but it has since returned to not working.They took the dashboard out and there is a part where the indicator console has a tab that is now visible where it was not before. I cannot fix it myself.Just a bit more active communication on car status would be appreciated.They were very helpful but not very communicative as to what was going on with my car at times. I had to call to find out if my car would or would not be ready on a couple of they days they had projected it to be ready.
