They had to order the part, that took 4 days to get here, and which didn't even fix the problem, so had to add the 2nd part (which was in-stock).I like what you are about, but didn't like how i wasn't told that the lifetime warranty wasn't for everything. My warranty wnded at 5 years for these parts (even though I was way under the 50,000) So I had to pay for my car to be fixed. $2000 later, plus you don't have loaner cars!!!! Shame on you! I had to get a rental, so that was an additional $500.
