My appointment t was scheduled for 11am. I arrived at 10:40 am. No one checked to see if I was a new patient. I didn’t start paperwork until 11:20am. Another patient came in and finally asked were they backed up receptionist said yes. No one even notified me of such. I went for X-rays and Dr consult. I didn’t leave Superior Dental happy at allZ. Dr. Was trying hard to push implants. Hell no I’m 52 yrs old. Having dental insurance doesn’t allow that much Lee-weight to afford a mouth full of implants. It’s all about the money. I will return for my deep scale cleaning. Meanwhile, I will search for a new dentist office.

Don’t understand why my two free cleaning a year cost $127. 00 per visit.

My appointment was 9:50Probably got in chair for X-rays around 10:50, cleaning didn't start until 11:30. Much to long of a wait.

I was very disappointed in the way the lady low cut hair who was taking my money treated me she didn't explain anything to me as to why my bill was higher than what was told to me before starting my procedure so I paid it then look on my receipt. So I ask her about it her delivery was not customer friendly maybe she was having a off i get it we are human. Please retrain on customer sensitivity.

Gorman,I am not sure of is name my hygienist and the technician who did the X-RAYS were very professional I am very happy.
