As always my Dentist and his nurse are so polite and courteous....I think for a while you have had a stream of receptionists come and go....some have been exellent for front desk but still left.....It seems your problem lies with the longer standing members of staff on the desk...such a shame that the best staff you had have gone.....so in short I think your reception staff let you down....
