CONSULTATION WAS FINE. SHAME IT WAS 15 MINUTES LATE EVEN THOUGH EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT OF 9.30 A.M.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, I was seen on time and the dentist, Chris always does a fantastic job. I'm quite nervous about going to the dentist, but he always makes me feel calm and relaxed.

Appointment only 5 minutes late. Excellent advice by dentist for future treatment.

I had a regular 6 monthly check up, where George was as usual very professional, explained past x rays and teeth being monitored. George explained future options, and then carried thorough examination, updated me on the my gums and general condition of teeth he also talked about not eating too much sugar and how to apply toothpaste to sensitive areas when needed. Then he carried out clean. This did not feel rushed but it was all over in an efficient time.

Every visit is friendly & welcoming. All of the reception staff are lovely & they are the most accommodating reception staff I have ever encountered. Chris is great. You are always told what is happening and given choices for any required treatment concisely. I would 100% recommend this surgery.

As always the staff are pleasant, approachable and efficient. Visiting the dentist is almost a pleasure.
