Went in and showed I changed insurance and person at front desk said your insurance covers the cleaning. Than I finish and she says you owe $145.00. Very unprofessional. I asked why and nobody told me there would be extra charges. Really pissed.

Would be nice to be told in advance that the price of the hygienic cleaning went up over $100 for 45 minutes I felt that was a little steep it's now over $300 for that procedure not happy with not being informed

This time I was actually greeted when I was arrived unlike my first visit. I had about 10 x-rays which was kind of ridiculous and then a surround of my head as well. At which point I was told that my cleaning would be after lunch and then I would have to wait over an hour. This was absolute ridiculous as I was told nothing about this beforehand and thought I was scheduled for a cleaning at 11:30.
