I came for a cleaning and was denied the cleaning I am calling my insurance company today to discuss. The doctor and the assistant were very nice. The hygenist was very rude.

Went in and showed I changed insurance and person at front desk said your insurance covers the cleaning. Than I finish and she says you owe $145.00. Very unprofessional. I asked why and nobody told me there would be extra charges. Really pissed.
