Ordered a 3.0L supercharged Audi engine for a client and it showed up pretty fast, was able to get the vehicle on the rack and remove the engine by the time it showed up and get the new one in. Popped the valve covers to inspect and it was definitely a well taken care of engine and we had no worries plopping it in. Process was smooth from beginning to end, definitely recommend SWEngines and will be getting much more engine from them in the future. Client is happy with how fast everything went and how smooth his new engine is!

My experience was great. I just don't like waiting so long on the product. I thought the product was available and ready to be shipped. I know it said 7 to 14 days, but it seems like that is when it will be available and more days to ship. Overall I'm happy that you all had the product with payment options.

Allen was competent, very responsive and courteous. He knows the business very well and answered all my questions. I had many questions. I have not received an email yet regarding shipping and tracking. I will be doing another review after receiving and installation of the engine and transmission.

I was very pleased with the ordering process and timely feedback on the initial order. I would have given a much higher rating if I had been given more information on the progress of the shipping timeline. I realize that given the recent weather disruptions that shipping delays are possible, but a progress report would be most helpful as my installer is awaiting some word on a ship date in order to plan his work schedule.
