Placed and paid for the order 2 weeks ago. Still do not know if it has been shipped or no tracking number has been sent. You got your money the same day ordered. Have called about this a week ago and have not heard anything more. Where is the true customer service. Need this order so I can keep working and live.

As long as you can afford to wait a couple of weeks for delivery (compared to most suppliers, who deliver in less than a week), this is the best way to go for a used drivetrain component. They seem to have the best inventory, with very low mileage options, with excellent warranty terms, at an excellent price.
