They have been great so far , the motor they sent me has some bad problems , ground up aluminum in the pan , the shop that has my truck said they would not put it in with out a complete over haul , i contacted SW engines about getting a refund , no problem they are working on it now, i bought a motor from gotengines their competitor after three motors i none were any good i asked for a refund,been dealing with them starting 2020 still trying , if i ever try again swengines will be where i will go

the business is good it’s easy to look what you are looking for it is a little pricey but it’s okay i guess the free shipping is good it’s excellent

It’s been 6 days from my purchase, an I haven’t received any further notice or correspondence in regards to my order. The initial service with finding the right parts were outstanding. After you have purchase your product is when the service begin to decline. I even experience a representative hang up on me because I was as familiar with your shipping policy as he. If I’m supposed to be the expert there is not a need for a customer service representative.
