I cant say that customer service was great cuz I never talked with any one person I went on line found what i wanted and purchased my engines (2). Web site was very user friendly I guess the remainder of this customer relations will be determined on how fast the purchase will be delivered until then ........................

After an exhaustive search for an engine I found one here with a 5 year/50 thousand mile warranty . That's more than they offer for remanufactured engines . I couldn't be more pleased !

Process quick and painless. Prices and warranty best in business. Only complaint representative taking order and discussing process while on speaker phone. Echo very annoying. Will use again in the future.

Purchased 300-72732A 2001 Acura CL Engine (3.2L, 6 cylinder, VIN 4, 6th digit) Type-S on August 13, 2018. Have waited until now to review to determine if engine is as advertised. Am happy to say that engine has been excellent. Have over 12K miles on it now and it doesn't leak a drop of oil. Has good power and runs very well. Would definitely recommend Southwest Engines to anyone.
