I placed an order for a 3.7L engine on 1 August. Got an Order # 133587, with an Invoice # 319950. They said that I would receive my motor with 7 to 10 days normally but after 6 days , I do not have any shipping notification. That is not good. My credit card was charge on 1 August.

I decided to go with SW because of the warranty since most rebuilt engine limited warranties don't cover the product for more than 1 to 3 years. The purchase process was very quick and simple with a minor delay for fraud verification by my credit card company. I'm very desperate to get my engine so I can get my car back on the road and based on other reviews I'm a little nervous and on the fence about giving it 2 thumbs up before I see a tracking number. Positive results so far, fingers crossed, don't let me down SWengines :D

So far I’d say the experience is average at best! I was told the motor I ordered was ready to be shipped when it was purchased not that I’d be waiting a week just to receive the tracking number saying it’s now been shipped! Nobody said anything about a 14 day turn around time to get the engine. I expected about 5 days, it’s been 5 days and still don’t have a tracking number so yes I’m a bit upset by that. However I will say the price for the engine is a great price as well as the warranty with it!

Honestly I do not have enough information to rate this company yet. I ordered my engine 7/2, and I am still waiting on a confirmation for shipping. I had called previously and they said 5 business days. After I placed the order, I received an email that indicated it could take as long as 14 business days.
