Ordering Processing Team was kind friendly and patient never made the purchase seem rushed, it was like I was his only customer. I would just like to say thank you very much for making it a painless purchase. The whole purchasing experience was awesome. My ordering experience was relatively easy. The staff was friendly, finding the right motor was relatively easy as well. My payment experience was a little more difficult. I’ve yet to receive the motor and it’s yet to ship it’s been approximately five days since the money left my account. All in all not a bad experience.

Thank you very much SWEngines. We placed our order for a used engine on April 18, 2018. We had our invoice Number on April the 20. Inv. # 314118, . We were promised to receive the engine on May 8, 2018 at 5:00PM. We did receive it on that date at 4:35PM. Our Mechanic installed the engine and on Memorial Day, May 28, 2018 we put the truck back on the road and it is running perfect. Thank you again. You are great!!!

The phone rep was very helpful and gave good information. The online ordering process was easy and straight-forward. The ONLY thing I’m absolutely not liking is the ridiculous wait for shipping confirmation. It’s been 9 business days and we haven’t gotten any indication that our engine has been shipped (or even in stock). Meanwhile, our vehicle sits at a garage waiting.....

Well all i know is that I found the part i needed (an Engine) and spoke to Lisa in Customer Service. She is very good she talks a little fast but remember I am an "old" southerner. She was very nice cooperative and she knows her vehicles and parts. Im waiting on a tracing number now. I think Fri we closed the deal today is Mon.

Very friendly costumer service when calling to purchase. The delivery time and shipping department could be improved.

The only reason I haven't given a 5th star is because it seems to take too long to get a tracking number or even an explanation on estimated shipping of the engine will be. Other than that, I am satisfied with everything so far.

Your Customer Service needs to spend a bit more time with customer and help resolve questions and issues in a more friendly manner. I had contact with other department (outside of sales) and person responding was very abrupt with his answer and hung up before I could ask a second question. I also sent a email asking for assistance which after almost 2 weeks I have had no response.

The order process takes entirely too long.
