So far we have been pleasantly surprised(but expected) all the engines & transmissions we have received have been winners for us and our customers. We install and our customers enjoy their vehicles brought back from the dead. My only issue is with the length of time required to get the engine to the door, but if that is required to get the quality we have received so far than so be it. Keep up the good work, thanks.

I ordered an engine a few days ago. The website was easy to navigate. When I called the 800 number, the sales rep was courteous and helpful. Since I only ordered it a few days ago, I cannot comment on what I receive, but I am optimistic.

I have not received the engine yet so I cannot comment on the quality. However the customer service and sales rep can definitely be improved. Not very curious or patient in helping me to purchase.
