I am still waiting for a notification that my "PREPAID" order has shipped ! Time is important to me since my truck is obviously out of commission .

I ordered the engine on Tuesday. Salesman was great. Too early to tell beyond that as I have not received notice of shipment

SWengine was very good in getting my order , only thing was they couldn't ship to my addy but to a town near by where I can pick up my engine , but no problem at all

I really don't being bug. like this, but overall your customer service is slow as by getting out tracking numbers out even though you have been paid.

I LOVE YOUR LOW MILEAGE ENGINES AND YOUR WARRANTY CAN'T BE BEAT. THE ONLY THING BAD IS THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TAKES TO GET THE ENGINE FROM YOUR COMPANY. 2 WEEKS PLUS EVERYTIME I ORDER AN ENGINE. IF YOU CAN FIX THAT PROBLEM YOU WOULD BE FANTASTIC
