I just recently ordered a motor for my 2000 BMW 740il. So far the process have been good. I've been receiving emails in regards to the status.

Ordering experience online was simple to complete. Confirmation email of the order was received in a timely manner. I ordered the engine on Wed and it is Monday, but no email has arrived with a shipment date. Anxious to know when the engine will arrive.

Things went well. I think the process of getting the warranty could be explained a little better and a little simpler so more could be understood. After a few calls I think I understand my part. But I will call again if there are things I still have questions about.

Very easy ordering process, smooth and very simple considering the purchase being made, a little surprised that unit has not shipped after 4 days but understand this is a very high volume company.

Engine as described. Broken Valve Cover and Bent Fuel Rail, expected some damage since coming out of a salvage yard.

We recently purchased an engine for our 2005 Dodge Ram. It was super easy to order and everyone was so helpful. It arrived a couple of days earlier than we were told we would get it. It has been three months since it was installed and is running great!

Everything I read about SW Engine online when shopping for the engine has turned out to be true. They were the lowest price, the engine showed up at my doorstep, and most important it started withing 30 seconds and had all the components they said it would....have had it in one day and is running great.

The gentleman with whom I placed my order was very polite and helpful. I am still waiting for the tracking number. I am expecting prompt delivery to make this a very positive experience.

needed a 3.8 for a mustang 2000. never ordered engine before. the first time i called the sales person seemed tired or in a hurry the responses were short and left me wanting for more, I did not know what externally balanced or internally balanced meant on the description of the engine.i dont know if they were describing transmission or engine. the salesperson told me to call the dealers. After calling at least 5 dealers they couldnt give me the answer. it wasnt until i went to some of the mustang forums on the internet that i got my answer.which was very time consuming. It would be very helpful for sales to know or know where to go to obtain this kind of information.
