Ordering engine was a breeze, paying for the engine was easy although having it delivered to my residence cost an additional $125, which was unexspected. I received an email informing me the the transaction was processed,and will be delivered within 14 days. I have not received any tracking information yet.

Has a problem with communication, SW Engine had a problem communicating status of transmission ordered. I had to call SW Engine to get status. The correct information was not provided until 21 days had passed. I can give the a 5 rating on a quick return on payment of transmission. There my have been issues out of their control but they fail to communicate this, that is the reason for the average rating A Williams

Ordering process was very easy customer service in sales answered my questions about the engine with out hesitation explained all charges and fees nothing hidden. Also told me there is delay in shipping, gave update by email.
